Eligibility Criteria

Salary & Benefits

Full-Time Specialists

  • Junior Specialist (Level 11; 3 Years Post PG): Rs. 1,31,880/- plus transport allowance and DA on transport allowance.
  • Senior Specialist (Level 12; 5 Years Post PG): Rs. 1,53,502/- plus transport allowance and DA on transport allowance.

Part-Time Specialists

  • Fixed salary of Rs. 60,000/- per month for 16 hours per week (max 4 hours/day).
  • Additional allowances:
    • Rs. 15,000 for emergency visits.
    • Rs. 800 per extra hour beyond 16 hours/week (subject to MS/Dean approval).

Senior Residents – 3-Year Contract

  • Pay Band 3, Level-11: Rs. 67,700/- plus allowances (DA, HRA, NPA, TA, etc.).
  • Security Deposit: Rs. 1,350/- deduction for SRs with Diploma only.
