The online application process begins on 18 November 2025 and continues until 17 December 2025 (5:00 PM).

Eligibility Criteria
1. Age Limit (as on 01.01.2026)
- Minimum Age: 15 years
- Maximum Age: 24 years
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
- PwD: 10 years
- Ex-Servicemen: Service rendered + 3 years
2. Educational Qualification
Candidates must have:
- Matriculation (10th Class) with minimum 50% marks
- ITI Certificate in the relevant trade (NCVT/SCVT approved)
3. Medical Fitness
Applicants must satisfy the medical standards prescribed under the Apprentices Act, certified by a Railway Medical Officer.

- Rs. 100 (non-refundable)
- No fee for SC / ST / PwD / Women candidates
- Payment Mode: Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI
Selection Process
Selection will be based on:
- Merit List prepared trade-wise
- Based on percentage of marks in Matriculation
- Minimum requirement: 50% marks
- Tie-breaking criteria:
- Older candidates preferred
- Earlier matriculation pass-out preferred
- Document Verification for shortlisted candidates (1.5 times of vacancies)

Stipend Rates
The stipend varies depending on the year of apprenticeship training:
