Eligibility Criteria (as on 01.11.2025)

Educational Qualification:

  • Candidates must possess a Graduation Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.
  • For candidates registered under NATS (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme), the date of passing graduation should not be more than four years prior to the cut-off date (01.11.2025).

Age Limit:

  • Minimum Age: 20 years
  • Maximum Age: 28 years

Age Relaxation (as per Govt. of India norms):

  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
  • PwBD (UR/EWS): 10 years
  • PwBD (OBC): 13 years
  • PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years

Note:
Candidates registered under NAPS should be below 34 years of age as on the cut-off date.

Stipend / Salary

  • Monthly Stipend: ₹15,000/- per month
  • Apprentices will receive the stipend after completion of each month.
  • No additional allowances or benefits will be provided.

Training Duration

  • Apprenticeship period will be 12 months of On-the-Job Training under the supervision of Bank of Baroda officials.

Selection & Allotment Process

  • Allotment of training seats will be based strictly on merit, the preferences of location selected by the candidate, and the availability of seats.
  • The bank reserves the right to assign candidates to any training center within the applied State/UT if preferred locations are not available.
  • Engagement will be purely temporary and subject to document verification and successful completion of all pre-engagement formalities.

  1. Candidates can apply for only one State/UT.
  2. Candidates must register themselves on government apprenticeship portals before applying.
  3. Candidates must select up to three preferred training centers within the chosen State/UT.
  4. Those who have already completed or are currently undergoing apprenticeship training are not eligible.
