Eligibility Criteria
A. Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Educational Qualification: Must have passed S.S.L.C.
- Language Proficiency: Ability to read and write in Malayalam and English.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in judicial-side clerical work in the High Court of Kerala or District Judiciary of Kerala (including temporary courts).
- Technical Skill: Working knowledge of computers.
B. Desirable Qualification:
- Prior experience in the digitization of court records.
C. Age Limit:
- The candidate’s age must not exceed 65 years as of the date of the notification (October 31, 2025). Engagement will cease upon reaching the age of 65.
Pay Scale / Remuneration
Selected candidates will be engaged on a daily wage basis with the following remuneration:
- Daily Wage: ₹1,160 per day.
- Monthly Cap: The maximum monthly pay is ₹31,320.
- Pension Offset Clause: The final remuneration will be the lesser of the above amount or the difference between the candidate’s Last Drawn Basic Pay and Basic Pension.
Selection Process
- Primary Mode: Selection for the resource pool will be based on an Interview.
- Shortlisting Right: The High Court reserves the right to shortlist candidates if the number of applications is disproportionately high, using any reasonable criteria.
- Interview Venue: The interview will be conducted at the headquarters of the Principal District Court of the concerned district. No requests for a change of venue will be entertained.
- Document Verification: Candidates must produce original documents (proof of pension, retired identity card, etc.) when called for. Candidature is liable to be cancelled for non-production or submission of non-authentic documents.
Note: Inclusion in the resource pool does not guarantee immediate engagement. Candidates will be assigned work based on project requirements in their district.
