Diabetes is an issue where your body does not manage the amount
of sugar in your blood properly. Worldwide and especially in the United
States, the number of people being diagnosed with diabetes is increasing
every year. For most individuals, diabetes is an extremely challenging
condition because it requires strict dietary confinements and changes in
the lifestyle. This can be rather difficult to overcome. No more super
sized sodas and late night pizza binges! A strong exercise regimen
consisting mostly of aerobic exercise and a healthy diet low in fast
food, junk food, and sugary snacks, but high in fruits and vegetables is
hard for a lot of people to imagine.
Despite the fact that
diabetes can't be cured if you don't make these changes, there are some
websites claiming they have DIY diabetes cures which supposedly can help
manage your glucose levels. Let's take a look at some of these DIY
Diabetes Cures.
-Take one tablespoon of bitter gourd juice daily or bitter gourd cooked in ghee for three months.

Many
of these DIY diabetes cures have been reported to help, but I have not
seen a lot peer reviewed scientific studies on many of these cures.
Obviously, a better diet and regular exercise is going to help, but what
about a good scientific research backed home remedy?
